Individual Coaching Support

Each coaching journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to explore your goals, challenges, and the support you’re seeking.

Sessions are held one-on-one via Zoom and begin with a grounding practice to help you settle into the space.

Together, we may explore:

  • nervous system awareness

  • emotional regulation tools

  • conscious parenting dynamics

  • mindfulness and meditation

  • art and reflective exercises

  • patterns, triggers, and inner narratives
